2. ❓What is a UV DTF Gang Sheet?

A UV DTF Gang Sheet is a peel-and-stick decal printed for use on hard surfaces like mugs, tumblers, metal, glass, and wood — no heat press required.

3. ❓What file format should I upload?

We only accept PNG files with a transparent background and 300 DPI resolution. Your design must be correctly sized and ready to print.

4. ❓Do you resize or edit my design?

❌ No. We do not edit, resize, or remove backgrounds. Files are printed exactly as uploaded. Please upload print-ready artwork.

5. ❓How do I submit my finished gang sheet?

Use our Upload-Ready DTF Gang Sheet or Upload Your UV DTF Gang Sheet if you’ve already designed your layout.

6. ❓How fast will I get my order?

We process and ship all orders within 24–48 business hours. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

7. ❓Do you offer free shipping?

✅ Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $99. Discount applies automatically at checkout.

8. ❓Do you ship outside the United States?

9. ❓What if I receive a damaged or misprinted item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos, and we’ll take care of it.

11. ❓What size heat press should I use for DTF transfers?

A standard 15x15" heat press works great for most DTF gang sheets. Make sure to apply at 315°F for 10–15 seconds, medium to high pressure, and peel hot or cold.

12. ❓Do UV DTF transfers require a heat press?

❌ No! UV DTF transfers are peel-and-stick, designed for hard surfaces — just clean the surface, apply, and press with firm pressure by hand.

13. ❓What surfaces do UV DTF transfers stick to?

They adhere best to:

  • Tumblers

  • Glass

  • Ceramic

  • Plastic

  • Wood

  • Metal

They’re waterproof, scratch-resistant, and highly durable.

14. ❓Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes! Just re-upload the same PNG file or use the same gang sheet file on a new order. Save your files for easy reordering.
