At DTF Chivo, every gang sheet and transfer is custom-printed to order, which means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been submitted and processed.
We strive to ensure every print meets the highest standards. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.
❌ All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of DTF and UV DTF printing, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. Once a file is uploaded and the order is placed, it enters our automated production workflow and cannot be canceled.
⚠️ Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Orders
We will gladly reprint your order at no cost if:

Your product arrives damaged in transit

There is a clear printing defect caused by our equipment

The print differs from your uploaded file due to an error on our side
In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:

Customers are fully responsible for the quality, resolution, and formatting of the files they upload. We do not edit, resize, or check files before printing. All files are printed exactly as submitted.
