Welcome to DTF Chivo. By accessing or using our website, www.dtfchivo.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services or placing an order.

1. ✅ Overview

DTF Chivo provides custom DTF (Direct-to-Film) and UV DTF gang sheet printing services. All products are custom-made based on user-submitted artwork. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the site.

2. 📦 Custom Product Agreement

All products sold on our site are custom-printed to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You are providing print-ready artwork in PNG format, 300 DPI, with a transparent background

  • You understand that we do not edit, resize, or alter files

  • The file will be printed exactly as submitted

3. ❌ No Cancellations or Returns

Because all products are custom-made:

  • All sales are final

  • No cancellations once an order is submitted

  • No returns or refunds unless a production error occurs on our end

4. 📤 User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the content you upload, including:

  • Image quality, size, and transparency

  • Intellectual property rights or permissions

  • Accuracy of order details

We are not responsible for print quality issues due to poor file preparation.

5. 📅 Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours

  • Free shipping applies to U.S. orders over $99

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • Tracking information will be provided after dispatch

6. 🔒 Privacy & Security

Your data is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All payments are encrypted and processed through Shopify or secure third-party gateways.

7. 🛠️ Limitation of Liability

DTF Chivo is not liable for:

  • Delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers

  • Loss or damage due to incorrect user-uploaded artwork

  • Improper use or application of DTF/UV transfers by the customer

8. 📍 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of the changes.
